Royal Academy of Culinary Arts Apprentice Sophia Squires, has been studying as Westminster Kingsway college for the past three and a half years. Throughout the apprenticeship she's learned key skills and experience about the Culinary world. With a strong passion for food and learning, she continues to learn and create new and innovative ideas both inside work and outside.
